| Home Page | PRIVATE PARTY INFORMATION (TERMS & CONDITIONS) THE GALLERY is ideal for stand up parties. Suitable numbers are from 50 persons to the maximum capacity of 100 persons. The room is totally private with its own full bar (no draught beer is available) seating is provided. The room overlooks the main bar. FOOD & DRINK: We provide a canapé list, cakes are available on request;(we do not allow any outside catering) all orders should be made at least 1 weeks in advance. All drink requirements may also be made in advanceTIMES: Lunch time events: Mon - Sat 12 Midday to 5.00pm Evening events can commence from 7pm – 12am, vacate by 12.20am Sundays: 12 Midday to 5pm, evening: 6.30pm to 11.30pm. Guests to leave by 11.50pmNO HIRE CHARGE: DEPOSITS: A £200 deposit is required to secure the room, in the form of either a cheque or a credit card, made payable to the Cross Keys. Once you have signed the Party Confirmation form and paid the deposit your booking is secure. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable if you cancel. Your deposit is not banked if the party takes place and the minimum spend is met.TAXIES: The best option is to ring and book a taxi in advance otherwise black cabs are plentiful and can be hailed at the base of either Albert or Battersea Bridges. N.B this is a residential area and it is necessary for you & your guests to leave as promptly and quietly. If there are any children present at your event they are your responsibility and we accept no liabilities. They are expected to behave in a responsible manner.
