PRIVATE DINING INFORMATION (TERMS & CONDITIONS)

THE ROOM AT THE TOP is ideal for sit down lunch and dinner parties. Suitable numbers for a dining party are 20 - 40 persons. (Full waiter service applies)
It is self-contained, and has its own full bar (no draught). All drink requirements And Menu Selections should be made 2 weeks in advance. The menus are subject to availability.
N.B. We do not have an Entertainment Licence; therefore we cannot have any amplified, live music or DJS.
There is a cd player in the room, we have a cd selection or you may provide your own.
NO HIRE CHARGE:
DEPOSIT:
A £200 deposit is required to secure the room, in the form of either a cheque or credit card, made payable to the Cross Keys. Once you have signed the Party Confirmation Form and paid the Deposit your booking is secure. Please note the deposit is non-refundable if you cancel, it is not banked provided the party takes place.
TIMES:
Lunch parties - 12 midday to 5.00pm. The bill is processed at 4.30pm after last orders have been called.
Evening parties - 7pm to 12pm. The last orders will be called at 11.30pm. The bill will be presented at 11.45pm. All drinks are to be completely consumed by 12.15pm. The room then needs to be vacated promptly as our licence forbids us to have any guests in the building this time.
ARRIVAL TIME:
Please note that for staffing purposes and restaurant reservations, we need you to arrive at the pre-arranged time
SIT-DOWN TIME:
A sit down time should be arranged in advance; it will be made according to the restaurant bookings. Failure to sit down at the stipulated times will result in service being delayed; the restaurant will then take priority. This is a scenario we would like to avoid.

If there are any children present at your event, they are your responsibility, we accept no liabilities. We do not allow any pets in the Private Room.
TAXIES:
The best option is to ring and book your taxi in advance. Black Cabs can be hailed on the embankment at the base of either Battersea or Albert Bridge.
N.B. this is a residential area and it necessary for your guests to leave promptly and quietly.
