Home Page	1-THE CONSERVATORY: is ideal for sit down parties. Suitable numbers for dining are from 50-68 persons maximum. The menu has to be selected 2 weeks prior the event & all wine and drink requirements must be made in advance: Wines & Champagnes… N.B. We do not have an Entertainment Licence; therefore we cannot have any amplified, live music or DJS. MINIMUM SPENDS: *Mon-Fri lunch times: Minimum Spend £1500 +12.5% service *Sat lunch times: Minimum Spend £2000 + 12.5% service *Mon to Wed dinner: Minimum Spend £2500 + 12.5% service *Thurs dinner: Minimum Spend £2800 + 12.5% *Fri+Sat dinner times: Minimum Spend £3000+ 12.5% service *Sun: Minimum Spend of £4000+ 12.5% service charge This includes all monies spent on food and drink. DEPOSIT: A £500 deposit cheque is required to secure the Conservatory, this is to be made payable to The Cross Keys. This will confirm your booking. Please note the deposit is non-refundable if you cancel, but it is not banked provided the party takes place and the minimum spend is met. TIMES: Sit down time is flexible throughout the year (excluding December) but you must sit down at the pre-arranged time, so we can provide the highest standard of service possible. Evening vacate by 12am. The last orders will be called at 11.30pm, after this no alcoholic drinks will be served. All drinks are to be completely consumed by 12.15pm. The Conservatory will then need to be vacated promptly as our licence forbids us to have any guests in the building this time.click to return to weddings
