| Home Page | THE GALLERY: is ideal for stand up parties. Suitable numbers are from 50 persons to the maximum capacity of 120 persons. The room is totally private with its own full bar (although no draught is available) seating is provided. The room overlooks the bar, so the same music is played for both rooms. N.B We do not have an Entertainment Licence; therefore we cannot have any amplified, live music or DJs. FOOD & DRINK: We provide a canapé list; all orders should be made at least 2 weeks in advance. All drink requirements must be made also at least 2 weeks in advance TIMES: Lunch time events: Mon - Sat 12 Midday to 5.00pm Evening events can commence from 7pm - 11pm, vacate by 11.20pm Sundays: 12 Midday to 5pm, evening:6.30pm to 10.30pm. Guests to leave by 10.50pm Due to licensing laws no music will be played after 11pm MINIMUM SPENDS & HIRE CHARGE: No hire charge - Monday to Thursday, minimum spend £300 £50 hire charge - Friday & Saturday night & Sunday lunch, minimum spend £500. This includes money spent on food & drink. Hire charge is not included in the minimum spend. Shortfalls in the minimum spend must be met on the night of the party. DEPOSIT: A £200 deposit is required to secure the room, in the form of either a cheque or a credit card, made payable to the Cross Keys. Once you have signed the Party Confirmation form and paid the deposit your booking is secure. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable if you cancel. Your deposit is not banked if the party takes place and the minimum spend is met. The deposit will be banked if any damage is caused to the premises. TAXIES: The best option is to ring and book a taxi in advance, giving the mini cabs your name & mobile number to avoid confusion. Black cabs are plentiful and can be hailed at the base of either Albert or Battersea Bridges. N.B this is a residential area and it is necessary for you & your guests to leave as promptly and quietly.
